[Notice] Tuition Refund Process for Pre-School Level Test / 프리스쿨 레벨테스트 통과자 수강료 환불 안내

안녕하세요,
세종대학교 경영전문대학원입니다.

Hello, 

This is the Sejong University Graduate School of Business.


2024년 3월 14일 및 15일에 실시된 Python, 수학, 통계 레벨테스트의 결과가 발표되었습니다.
The results of the Python, Mathematics, and Statistics level tests conducted on March 14 and 15, 2024 have been released. 


게시글의 붙임파일을 다운받아 Ctrl + F를 눌러 본인의 학번을 검색하여 통과 여부 및 환불 금액을 확인하시기 바랍니다.
Please download the attached file in this post and use Ctrl + F to search for your student ID to check your pass status and refund amount. 


명단에 본인의 이름이 없는 경우, 해당 과목의 레벨테스트를 통과하지 못하였음을 알려드립니다.
If your name is not on the list, it means you did not pass the test for that subject. 


레벨테스트를 통과한 학생은 해당 과목의 프리스쿨 강의에 더 이상 출석할 필요가 없습니다.
Students who have passed a subject are not required to attend Pre-School classes for that subject. 


다만, 통과하지 못한 과목이 있는 경우, 반드시 해당 과목의 프리스쿨 강의에 참석해야 합니다.
However, if you did not pass a subject, you must continue attending the corresponding Pre-School class. 


아울러, 출석률이 한 과목이라도 80% 미만일 경우, 다음 학기 장학금 수혜가 불가능하므로 출석 관리를 철저히 해주시기 바랍니다.
Additionally, if your attendance rate for any subject falls below 80%, you will not be eligible for a scholarship next semester. Please ensure that you manage your attendance accordingly. 



<레벨테스트 통과자 수강료 환불 절차>

<Tuition Refund Procedure for Level Test Passers>


  1. 플라이와이어(Flywire)를 통해 수강료를 납부한 경우
    If you paid the tuition via Flywire:

    • 별도의 계좌 정보 제출이 필요하지 않습니다.
    • No additional account submission is required.

  2. 국내 은행 계좌를 이용하여 수강료를 납부한 경우
    If you paid the tuition via a domestic bank account:

    • 본인 명의의 통장 사본을 2024년 3월 20일(목)까지 ssmba@sejong.ac.kr로 제출해 주시기 바랍니다.
    • Please submit a copy of your bank account (under your name) to ssmba@sejong.ac.kr by Thursday, March 20, 2024.

기한 내 제출되지 않을 경우 환불이 제한될 수 있으므로, 반드시 기한을 엄수해 주시기 바랍니다.
Failure to submit the required document by the deadline may result in a delay or inability to process your refund, so please ensure timely submission.
