학사정보시스템 성명 및 연락처(휴대폰, 이메일) 확인 필수


학사정보시스템에 등록된 본인 성명, 휴대폰번호, 이메일 정보가 올바르게 입력되어 있는지 꼭 확인해주시기 바랍니다.

원서접수 당시 이름/연락처를 실수로 잘못 적었을 경우 학사정보시스템에 잘못된 내용이 보일 것입니다. 이름의 경우 각종 증명서 및 학위기에 그대로 들어가기 때문에 반드시 확인이 필요합니다. 연락처가 잘못 입력돼있을 경우 대학원에서 보내는 중요한 공지사항을 놓칠 수 있으니 반드시 수정이 필요합니다. 아래 방법에 따라 수정해주시기 바랍니다.


▶ https://portal.sejong.ac.kr 접속 (크롬 또는 엣지 브라우저 사용)

▶ 메뉴 : 대학원생학사정보 > 학적/자격시험 > 내정보관리 및 증명서신청 > 신상정보관리

▶ 아래 빨간 표시 ①성명 ②성명(영문) ③전화번호/휴대폰 ④이메일이 맞게 입력돼있는지 확인

①성명

이 칸에 보여지는 이름은 국문 증명서/학위기에 들어가는 이름입니다.

①성명이 잘못 입력되어 있을 경우 경영전문대학원 교학과 이메일로 문의 바랍니다.

※ 학생 직접 수정 불가

②성명(영문)

이 칸에 보여지는 이름은 영문 증명서/학위기에 들어가는 이름이어서 여권 기준 이름 입력을 권장해드립니다. ②성명(영문) 값은 직접 변경이 가능합니다.

입력 후 페이지 하단의 버튼을 누르면 바로 반영됩니다.

③전화번호/휴대폰

본인의 한국 전화번호를 010-XXXX-XXXX 양식에 맞게 “전화번호” 및 “휴대폰” 칸 모두 동일하게 입력 바랍니다.

입력 후 페이지 하단의 버튼을 누르면 바로 반영됩니다.

④이메일

자주 확인 가능한 이메일 1개만 작성.

입력 후 페이지 하단의 버튼을 누르면 바로 반영됩니다.

Portal Name & Contact Information(Mobile Number&E-mail) Verification


Please make sure to verify that your name, mobile phone number, and email information registered in the academic information system are correct.

If you mistakenly entered incorrect details during the application process, the incorrect information will appear in the Sejong Portal academic information system. Your name will be used on various certificates and your degree diploma, so it is essential to ensure its accuracy. Additionally, if your contact information is incorrect, you may miss important announcements from the graduate school.

Please follow the instructions below to update your information accordingly.


▶ https://portal.sejong.ac.kr Access the system using Chrome or Edge browser.

▶ Menu : 대학원생학사정보 > 학적/자격시험 > 내정보관리 및 증명서신청 > 신상정보관리

▶ Check the following fields marked in red to ensure they are correctly entered:  ①Name ②Name(in English) ③Mobile Number  ④Email

The name displayed in this field will be used on English-language certificates and degree diplomas, so we recommend entering your name as it appears on your passport. You can directly update ② Name (in English). 

After entering the correct information, click the  button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes immediately. 

③Mobile Number

Please enter your Korean phone number in the 010-XXXX-XXXX format and ensure that both the "Phone Number" and "Mobile Number" fields contain the same information.

After entering the correct information, click the  button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes immediately.

④E-mail

Enter only one email address that you check frequently.
