[ 2026학년도 2학기 재학생 등록금 납부 안내 ]

1. 등록금 고지서 안내

- 등록금 고지서 출력 : 2026.08.12. (수) 자정 이후부터 가능

- 출력 방법 : 세종대학교 학사정보시스템 접속 → 왼쪽 메뉴에서 [장학/등록 및 학생] 클릭 → [등록이력조회/고지서출력] 클릭 → [다음] 버튼 클릭 → [고지서 출력] 버튼 클릭

2. 등록금 납부

- 납부 기간 : 2026년 8월 25일 (화) ~ 8월 28일 (금)(은행방문 납부 9:00 ~ 16:00, 가상계좌 납부 9:00 ~ 17:00)

- 납부 방법  

a) 은행에 직접 방문하여 납부 : 전국 국민은행 지점

b) 계좌이체 납부 : 등록금 고지서에 기재된 국민은행 가상계좌 이용

* 납부 시 유의사항 : 계좌의 예금주명이 학생 이름으로 설정되어 있습니다. 납부 전, 금액과 예금주명(학생이름)이 정확한지 확인하신 후 이체하셔야 합니다. (ex.홍길동세종대학교) 

- 납부 현황 확인 방법

a) 국민은행 로그인 → [공과금] - [대학 등록금] 메뉴 클릭 → [납부 조회/취소] 메뉴에서 확인

b) 국민은행 지점에 직접 방문하여 납부한 후, 이체증 확인

* 교학과에서는 납부 익일부터 확인 가능합니다.

※ 유의사항 (필독) ※

- 등록금 고지서는 별도로 발송되지 않습니다. 학사정보시스템에서 직접 확인 후 납부하셔야 합니다.

- 등록금은 카드 납부, 분할 납부 불가능합니다.

- 등록기간 중 미등록자 또는 휴학원서 미제출자는 등록 의사가 없는 것으로 간주하여, 별도의 고지없이 미등록 제적 처리      

  됩니다.

- 개강 이후 휴학(긴급한 사유) 및 등록포기 시, 등록금은 전액 반환되지 않으며 대학원 학칙 제 28조에 따라 반환됩니다.

- 수업료 전액을 장학금으로 감면받아 납부 금액이 “0원”인 학생도 등록 의사 확인을 위해 반드시 아래 중 하나의 방법을

  선택하여 등록 절차를 완료해야 합니다. “0원 등록처리”를 진행하지 않을 경우 미등록으로 간주되오니 반드시 등록처리

  바랍니다.

a) 국민은행 로그인 → [공과금] - [대학 등록금] 메뉴에서 ‘세종대학교’ 선택 → 본인의 학번, 이름과 고지서상의 가상 계좌번호를 입력 후 조회하여 납부 금액 “0원” 확인 후 납부 버튼 클릭

b) 국민은행 지점에 등록금 고지서를 지참하여 방문 납부한 후 이체증 확인

- 학자금 대출 신청 예정자는 [실행] 버튼을 눌러야 학자금 대출 심사가 진행됨을 유의하시기 바랍니다. 사전심사 승인만으로는 대출이 실행되지 않습니다.

- 원우회비는 고지서로 납부하지 않습니다. (원우회 별도 계좌로 직접 입금)

3. 초과학기 등록금 납부

- 초과학기자는 수강신청 학점에 따라 등록금액이 달라지므로, 수강신청(8/24~8/28) 기간 종료 후 수강학점이 확정된 뒤 해당 학점에 해당하는 등록금을 새로 고지받아 납부하셔야 합니다.

- 초과학기자 등록금 납부기간 : 9.17(목)~18(금) / 9.29(화)~30(수)

4. 2026-2학기 개강 : 2026.09.01. (화)

[ Guide to Tuition Payment for Continuing Students – Fall 2026 ]

1. Tuition Bill Information

- Tuition bill printing : Available from August 12, 2026

- How to print : Access Sejong University Academic Information System → Click [Scholarships/Registration and Students] in the left menu → Click [View Registration History / Print Bill] → Click the [Next] button → Click the [Print Bill] button

2. Tuition payment

- Payment period : Tuesday, August 25, 2026 to Friday, August 28, 2026

 (Payment at the bank: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Payment via virtual account: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

- Payment method

a) Pay in person at a bank : Kookmin Bank branches nationwide

b) Payment by bank transfer : Use the Kookmin Bank virtual account listed on the tuition bill

* Important when making the payment : The account holder name is set to the student’s name. Before making the payment, please confirm that the amount and the account holder’s name (the student’s name) are correct before transferring.

- How to check payment status

a) Log in to Kookmin Bank → Click [Public Charges] - [University Tuition] → Check under [Payment Inquiry/Cancellation]

b) Visit the Kookmin Bank branch in person to make the payment, then confirm the transfer receipt

* The SSMBA office can confirm payment records from 10 a.m. on the following business day. (Not in real time.)

*Important Notes (Must Read)*

- Tuition bills will not be sent separately. You must make the payment after verifying directly on the Academic Information System.

- Tuition fees cannot be paid by card or in installments.

- Students who receive a reduction in the entire tuition fee as a scholarship and pay "0 won" must complete the registration process by choosing one of the following methods to confirm their intention to register. If you do not proceed with the 0 won registration process, it will be considered unregistered, so please make sure to proceed with the registration process.

a) Kookmin Bank login → [public charge] - Select 'Sejong University' from the [university tuition] menu → Enter your student number, name, and virtual account number on the bill, check the payment amount "0 won", and  click the payment button.

b) Check the transfer certificate after visiting the Kookmin Bank branch in person and paying it

- During the registration period, students who fail to register and do not apply for a leave of absence will be dismissed from the university due to non-registration without any additional notice.

- If you return or give up registration after the start of the semester, you cannot return the full amount, and it will be returned according to Article 28 of the Graduate School Regulations.

- Wonwoo membership fees are not paid by bill. (Direct deposit to a separate account of Wonwoo membership)

3. Payment of tuition for the extra semester

- Since the tuition amount for a super-subject varies depending on the registered course credits, you must receive a new tuition bill for the corresponding credits after the course registration period (8/24–8/28) ends and your course credits are finalized, and then pay it.

- Extra semester student tuition payment period : September 17 (Thu)–18 (Fri) / September 29 (Tue)–30 (Wed)

4. Start of the 2026 Fall Semester : Tuesday, September 1, 2026
